Founded by Kurt Bowerman and Bill and Lisa Rigsby,
RBE Construction is a 2017 Parade of Homes winning custom builder with a satisfied client base in Central Florida.

Bill and Lisa are both Florida Licensed Realtors, and Bill has been a Florida Licensed General Contractor for over 25 years. He got his start in the construction business immediately after earning his engineering degree from Lamar University and working on the upper Texas Coast and in The Woodlands, Texas with a large high-volume development and construction company. Bill moved to the sunshine state in the late 80's and since that time has developed and built hundreds of custom homes and high-volume production subdivision projects. In 2008 at the height of the economic recession, he and Kurt Bowerman, a Michigan Technological University grad in Electrical Engineering, founded their residential maintenance and repair company All Things Maintenance. This business grew so successfully that in only 5 years, and after many requests, Bill and Kurt saw the need to again offer full custom construction services to their customers. RBE Construction has most recently been concentrating on renovating/restoring and building “infill” new custom homes in the Downtown Orlando, Baldwin Park, and Winter Park areas, and on Sanibel Island. Bill and Lisa’s home away from home. We look forward to continuing to service our ongoing maintenance customers and are excited to serve the needs of our fine homebuilding and renovation customers as well.
